MANDEV TUBES, an integrated manufacturing unit based in Umergaon (Gujarat) and having its administrative office in Mumbai (Maharashtra), commenced its operation in 1966. Over 57 years of committed service towards the copper tube industry, has earned global recognition for MANDEV TUBES and trust of its customers by retaining today as one of the reputed brand in Copper Tubing Industry.

MANDEV TUBES is an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 & 7396-1:2016 Certified By URS & CE Mark & GREENPRO Certification by WRG is another step in our on-going efforts to deliver the finest VRF Grade Copper Tubes for Air Conditioning application, Finest Medical Grade Copper Tubes for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems and finest plumbing grade copper tubes along with third-party certification.

MANDEV is devoted to documenting the effectiveness of the company's quality assurance system and backs the efforts with stringent SPC (Statistical Process Control) programs. Rather than inspecting quality 'in' at the end of the production operation, the SPC program ensures that MANDEV's Online Quality Monitoring System continually checks the tubes during each stage of the manufacturing process.

Quality programs throughout the manufacturing process ensure that the following sophisticated quality controls and inspections are executed:

1. Advanced lineal and axial testing equipment inspect the finished tube

2. Quality assurance lab technicians randomly pick and check product samples during production

3. Numerous dimensional and property checks are made at each step of the production process

4. Weekly quality assurance meetings for all personnel ensure critical standards and bring about new ideas to further enhance product quality.

THE JOURNEY

In mid-1964, Munot Group, one of India's leading enterprise groups, entered the Non-Ferrous Tubing Industry. The Success of the group is the result of the sincere efforts made by our respected Chairman, Mr. Rajmal M. Munot who promoted MANDEV TUBES.

Mr. Ramesh R Munot the backbone of the Munot Group, his mission of "Commitment to Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction", and his dedication and vision has helped MANDEV TUBES achieve a distinct position in the Copper Tube Industry.

In 1965, MANDEV TUBES started its first redrawing plant for manufacturing Copper Tubes.

In 1995, MANDEV TUBES upgraded its plant with the addition of India's recent and technically advanced insert atmospheric Vacuum Type Bright Annealing Furnace, which has helped us to provide the highest level of tubing quality, which is consistent with MANDEV'S philosophy of continual improvement and customer satisfaction.

In early 2000, MANDEV TUBES got involved in producing copper system tubes and fittings, for the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

In January 2005, MANDEV TUBES further upgraded the manufacturing facility with the addition of an advanced differential and absolute Eddy Current Testing facility to manufacture and supply defect-free copper tubes (free from dents, sliver, cracks, hairline flaws & pipe holes etc.) by 100% non-destructive inspection of Copper Tubes.

In April 2008, MANDEV TUBES started a new Unit to enhance the production capacity having a wide range of Chain Draw Benches, Continuous Annealing Furnace, Advanced high capacity Vacuum type Bright Annealing Furnace and Computerized Marking Machine.

In 2009, MANDEV TUBES installed a Hydro-static testing machine, for in-house hydro-testing of Copper Tubes. This machine can test up to 1000 PSI. Copper pipes for new-generation ACR applications require testing at 650 PSI. MANDEV TUBES provides copper tubes for Plumbing, Heating, PNG applications, Air conditioning and Refrigeration industries, in drawn and annealed tempers and also in a wide range of diameters and wall thickness.

In 2010, MANDEV TUBES introduced a new product "MT ECO SELF CONNECT PLUS" (Registered Design) One end Expanded Copper tube that has been accepted by the industry due to its techno-commercial benefits.

In 2013, the young face of the company, Mr. Aditya Munot the Director of MANDEV TUBES Secured a degree in Bachelors of Business Administration (Hons Marketing) at Kingston University, London and a diploma in family business management from S P JAIN, Mumbai joined the company. He brings a unique set of dynamic ideas and concepts into our business. Proving his mettle, Mr. Aditya Munot brings dynamism with a vision for sustainable growth.

In 2014, MANDEV TUBES entered another product segment - Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) with approvals from third-party agencies like LLYOD's registrar, SGS etc. and successfully started business across the nation. During this start-up period, the company has created awareness and cleared myths and rumours existing in this field and emerged as a well-accepted supplier of Copper Pipes for MGPS Standards like EN 13348: 2008 & EN 1057: 2006.

In 2016, MANDEV TUBES enhanced its manufacturing capacity by 25 percent.

In 2017, MANDEV TUBES further upgraded the manufacturing facility with the addition of an advanced differential and absolute Eddy Current Testing facility to manufacture and supply defect-free copper tubes (free from dents, sliver, cracks, hairline flaws & pipe holes etc.) by 100% non-destructive inspection of Copper Tubes sizes from 6 MM to 133 MM.

In 2018, to increase our presence and align nationwide trade, MANDEV TUBES has established dealers and stockists in major states to maximize its reach to the customers and cater to all their needs just in time.

In 2021, MANDEV TUBES introduced a new product "MANDEV MT ECO SELF CONNECT PLUS+ VERSION III, WITH 360º INNER BRAZING RING” & “MT-MEDI SELF CONNECT PLUS+, VERSION II, WITH BRAZING RING” (ONE END EXPANDED HALF HARD)" Copper Tubes with An innovative Registered Design that has been accepted by the industry due to its techno-commercial benefits.

In 2022, we achieved our highest sales targets of 245 tonnes per month and have kept maintaining the same.

OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SOCIETY

At MANDEV TUBES, it has been our constant endeavour to contribute towards the well-being of society and to make the world a better place.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY US:

1. Our dedication towards Mother Earth has inclined us to convert 50% of our Factory land area into a garden.

2. Keeping in mind the empowerment of our beloved women, the women workforce has been employed.

3. Organized Art of Living, Yoga & meditation courses, at Dadai village, Dist- Pali, Rajasthan and also in Mumbai.

4. Promoting computer literacy, financial aid has been given to different schools in the country.

5. Constructed a Veterinary hospital in a rural part of Rajasthan.

6. Financial Aid for Bird Hospital in Delhi.

7. Move to provide water for the entire villages and build roads.

8. Conducted several Medical Orthopaedic Camps and expensive medical vaccination drives by Dr. Pradeepji Munot at Dadai village, Dist- Pali, Rajasthan, Umergaon and in Mumbai for the needy.

9. Construction of "Jain Dharamshala" and "Community Dharamshala for all castes and religions" for the Society at Dadai Village, Dist- Pali, Rajasthan.

10. As a part of our CSR activities sponsored an inter-school volleyball tournament from villages in our neighborhood. A few glimpses from it.
