Whereas the manufacturer is manufacturing of FINEST GRADE COPPER TUBES FOR VRF, NON VRF & HEAVY GUAGE (16 & 18 SWG THICKNESS, AS PER CPWD SPECS) AND PRE INSERTED BRAZING RING - COMPANY OF M/ S. MANDEV TUBES PVT LTD, and its attachments in the brand name of -

1. MT ECO SELF CONNECT PLUS+ VERSION III, WITH 360º INNER BRAZING RING -for VRF Air Conditioning
Grade Copper Tubes.
(i) For (Standard Wall Thickness) As Per Air Conditioning OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Industry.
(ii) For (Heavy wall Thickness (16 And 18 Swg), As per Government Specification.

2. MT ECO FLEX / MT - ECO FLEX PLUS + (Soft - Pancake Coil Copper Tubes) - for VRF Air Conditioning Grade
Copper Tubes
(i) For (Standard Wall Thickness) As Per Air Conditioning OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Industry.
(ii) For (Heavy wall Thickness (16 And 18 Swg), As per Government Specification.

3. MT ECO FLEX / MT - ECO FLEX PLUS + (Soft - Pancake Coil Copper Tubes) - for NON VRF Air Conditioning Grade Copper Tubes (Standard Wall Thickness) As Per Air Conditioning OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Industry.

5. MT MEDI SELF CONNECT PLUS+, VERSION II, WITH BRAZING RING - For Medical Grade Copper Tubes, for Medical Gas Pipe Line Systems.

6. MT MEDI FIT – For Medical Grade Copper Tubes & (Plastic/Metal) Saddles.

"CUSTOMER/PURCHASER" A person purchasing goods from the company and shall mean and include a proprietary firm (with the disclosed name of the proprietor of the firm or not) a partnership firm, body corporate and/or any other legal entity as constituted and/or incorporated under the law of the land where it is situated.

"PRICE" For the product and its accessories, prices over the prices stipulated in the price list issued by the manufacturer from time to time plus actual freight charges, insurance, etc., from manufacturer's Works, Sales Tax, Octroi Local Levies, and such other charges as may be found to be essential and mutually agreed.

"DELIVERY PERIOD" All deliveries are ex-works UMERGAON and will endeavour delivery within a maximum of 15-20 days subject to force majeure and prevailing conditions at the time of order booking.

"QUALITY"
1. Quality shall provide a quality/test certificate along with the supply to the buyer.

2. Weight tolerance (SIZE & SECTION wise) clause: it will be served as per the ASTM/JIS/EN code with the (+/-) tolerance for section weight.

“REJECTION CLAUSE”

1. In the case of standard tubes, the manufacturing of any defects in the form of leaks, cracks, pinholes, slivers or any other manufacturing defect will not exceed 0.5%. However, the buyer will have to consider up to 1% in their cost. If it exceeds more than 1% MANDEV TUBES shall replace unused stock.

2. Whereas for eddy current tested material, the manufacturing defect will not exceed 0.25% of the total quantity, the contractor will have to consider up to 0.5% in the cost if it exceeds more than 0.5%, and the manufacturer shall replace unused stock only.

(NOTE: - MANDEV TUBES WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY OTHER FINANCIAL CLAIM.)

"PAYMENT" shall mean either by letter of credit and/or bank remittance vide Swift code no._____ of company's bank.

“PAYMENT TERMS WITH INTEREST CLAUSE” : We BUYER/DEALER/STOCKIEST accept & confirm 100% payment before dispatch of material. Their interest is confirmed @ 36% pa & will be calculated for delayed days of payment & The same is to be put in the purchase order.

“PAYMENT MODE” : RTGS

“TRANSPORTATION” : EX-Works Umergaon Godown, transportation cost will be extra at actual.

NOTE: Insurance cost will be extra at actual; any transit damage is to customer account. We have zero control over the material once it leaves Mandev factory.

"JURISDICTION" shall be exclusively at the courts of UMERGAON /VALSAD/ MUMBAI (INDIA).
